www.soldiniprofessional.it and its relevant eCommerce business are owned and operated by Calzaturificio F.lli Soldini Spa. Registered office: Via Vittorio Veneto 32, Capolona (AR) 52010, ITALY.
Article 1: Finalisation of agreement
The present agreement between Calzaturificio F.lli Soldini Spa (“Calz. Soldini”, “we”, “us”) and the Customer is finalised with the order confirmation by Calz. Soldini, according to the following procedures and terms stated in Article 2. The finalisation of the agreement implicates the acknowledgement and the full acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions by the Customer.
If the Customer is a consumer, once the online purchase procedure is terminated, he/she shall print or save an electronic copy and in any case preserve these general sales terms in accordance with the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 pertaining to remote sales.
Article 2: Purchase Procedure
The Customer may purchase only the products in the online catalogue when the order is sent in and which can be viewed on-line at www.soldiniprofessional.it as described in the relevant information forms. The order shall be validly processed when the Customer receives by email a confirmation that the payment for the order has taken place. In case of an early bank transfer, it must be received within 5 business days, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
Correct order reception is confirmed by Calz. Soldini with an email sent to the email address notified by the Customer. This confirmation message states the Date and Hour the order was carried out and a Customer order number to use in all further communications with Calz. Soldini. The message reiterates all the data entered by the Customer, all information related to the essential characteristics of the goods, price, payment methods, withdrawal, delivery procedures and costs and applicable taxes. The Customer must check the correctness of this data and promptly notify any corrections according to the procedures described in this document.
Calz. Soldini guarantees prompt notice to the Customer in case of failure of the order acceptance.
Article 3: Prices
Products are sold at the list prices valid when the order is placed by the Customer. Prices for shipments in ITALY are understood to include VAT and are net of delivery charges, which are calculated when the order is placed.
The Customer can pay using a Debit/Credit card, via PayPal, early bank transfer or cash on delivery (only for purchases of less than €1,000). Contextually to the Client’s order, the relevant bank shall authorise the charge to the Client’s debit/credit card or to the PayPal account.
If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, according to the procedures set out in following Article 6, the amount previously charged shall be credited to the credit/debit card or to the PayPal account or bank account, excluding potential shipping costs paid.
Article 6: Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, if the Customer is a consumer (viz. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes that do not relate to his/her own professional activity, or rather he/she does not make the purchase specifying in the order form to Calz. Soldini a VAT Number reference), he/she is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days, for any reason whatsoever without the need to give explanation and without any penalty except as specified below.
In order to exercise this right, the Customer must sign in on the website and refer to the “Returns” section in the personal area.
Once the above-mentioned withdrawal notice has been received Calz. Soldini Customer Care shall promptly inform the Customer of the reception of the request and give instructions for returning the goods, which must be received by Calz. Soldini within 14 days of the date of authorization.
The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:
the right shall apply only to the entire purchased product;
the goods purchased must be whole and returned in their original package, complete in all their parts (including packaging, potential documentation, etc...)
in no case shall labels or adhesive tapes be applied directly onto the original product package;
shipment, until documented delivery to our warehouse, is under the entire responsibility of the Customer.
Shipping costs related to the returned goods, and the potential customs, are at the Customer’s expense. The Customer may use any trusted courier service or a postal service that issues a shipping receipt.

Calz. Soldini in no way answers for damages or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
Calz. Soldini will refund to the Customer the net amount of the returned goods, excluding potential shipping costs paid or discounts, within 14 days of the arrival of the products to the warehouse. The refund will be made by Calz. Soldini through a deposit to your card, bank account or PayPal account used to place the order.
Damaged Product In case of damaged product, return shipping costs of the goods will be at Calz. Soldini’s expense.
If the Customer receives a damaged product, he/she must inform Customer Care, within 8 days of its delivery, attaching to the email 4 detailed pictures of the product. After verifying the damage, Calz Soldini Customer Care will arrange the pick-up of the goods at its expense and will ship a replacement product or will refund the Customer for the entire cost (shipping costs included) within 14 days of the request of pick-up.
Product damaged during shipment If the Customer returns a product at his/her own expense and it gets damaged during the transportation by the courier, once received the goods, Calz. Soldini warehouse will inform the Customer in order to promptly register a complaint to the courier chosen and obtain a refund also for the shipping costs for returning the goods. We always advise to insure the package in order to reduce the possibility of damage and to receive a refund.
Right of withdrawal is totally cancelled, due to lack of the prerequisite of the wholeness of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in all those cases where Calz. Soldini verifies that:
the original internal packing and/or external packaging are missing;
accessory product components (accessories, parts, etc...) are missing;
the product is damaged for causes other than its transport;
the product is damaged because it was used.

Article 8: Privacy
We hereby inform that, to all intents and purposes of Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196 dated June 30th, 2003, the personal data provided by the Customer to Calzaturificio F.lli Soldini Spa are processed by them by automated procedures for data entry into the customer archives and that they are necessary for the potential conclusion of a contractual relationship and for all following procedures of a civil, tax or managerial nature.
Provision of data is optional: failure to provide them, however, makes it impossible to stipulate a contract.
The owner of data processing is Calzaturificio F.lli Soldini Spa, registered in via Vittorio Veneto 32, 52010 Capolona (AR), Italy.
We inform you that, in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree, the Customer shall be entitled, among other rights, to obtain:
confirmation of the existence of personal data that concern him/her;
cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or blockage of data that has in case been processed in breach of the law;
updating, correction or completion of data.
The Customer may exercise the rights under Article 7 by writing to Customer Care.
Article 9: Applicable Law and Court of Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by the Italian Law.
Territorial jurisdiction, for settling civil and penal disputes arising from conclusion of this Contract, is that of the court of reference of his/her City of residence if the Customer is a consumer. In all other cases the territorial of jurisdiction is exclusively the Court of Arezzo.
