Pursuant to article 5 of Law Decree 185/1999, if the Client is a consumer (that is a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity, or does not make the purchase by specifying in the order form of Calzaturificio Fratelli Soldini a specific VAT number), he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, except as indicated below.
To exercise this right, the Clients must access the site and log in using their data, then review the "Your orders" section within the personal area, click on "Return items" corresponding to the order that contains the item to be returned and fill out the return form.
After receiving the aforementioned notice of withdrawal, the Customer Service of Calzaturificio Fratelli Soldini will notify the Client the receipt of the request and will provide instructions on how to return the goods that shall be received by Calzaturificio Fratelli Soldini within 14 days from the date of the authorization.
However, the right of withdrawal is subjected to the following conditions:
the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety;
the goods purchased must be undamaged and returned in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation, etc.);
never apply labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product
the shipment, until confirmation of receipt from our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the Client.
Shipping costs related to the return of the goods and any customs charges must be borne by the client. Any carrier or postal service that issues a shipping receipt can be used to ship the returned items.

Calz. Soldini is not liable in any way for damages or theft/loss of goods returned through uninsured shipments.
Calzaturificio Fratelli Soldini will refund to the Client the amount paid for the returned items, net of any shipping costs or discounts, within 14 days from the return of the goods to the warehouse. The refund will be carried out by Calzaturificio Fratelli Soldini Spa by crediting the amount due, which will be paid with the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.
Defective Product In the event of a defective product, the return costs will be borne by Calzaturificio Fratelli Soldini.
If the Client receives a defective product, he/she shall write to Customer Service within 8 days from its receipt reporting the event and attaching to the email 4 detailed photographs of the defective product. Soldini Customer Service, after having ascertained the defect, will schedule the pick up of the goods at its own expense and will send the replacement as necessary or will credit the client with the cost incurred at the time of purchase (including shipping costs) within 14 days from the request for pick-up.
Product damaged during transport In the event that a client returns the products at its own expense, if the item is damaged during transport for reasons attributable to the carrier, the warehouse of Calzaturificio Fratelli Soldini, once received the item, will inform the client of the event to allow the Client to file a timely complaint against the carrier and thus obtaining reimbursement for shipping costs incurred for the return of the goods. It is always recommended, to reduce the chance of damage, to insure the shipment, in order to be refunded.
The right of withdrawal is void due to lack of fundamental integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in those cases in which Calzaturificio Fratelli Soldini ascertains:
the lack of the original external packaging and/or internal packaging;
the absence of integral parts of the product (accessories, parts, etc.);
damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
